This property is clean, and quiet. The wifi appears not to work, but the front desk explained that Google is not used in China.
It was a great stay in a huge hotel.
I was in shanghai for a 22 hour layover and am so glad I decided to stay here. The hotel sent a bus to pick me up at the Pudong airport (even though it was midnight) and they brought me to the hotel. The staff, rooms, and overall quality of the hotel was excellent, it is brand new and apparently opened two months ago. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The next morning, they had a delicious complimentary breakfast and had another complimentary bus take me back to the airport. If I’m in shanghai again I will definitely stay here!
There is no pool no laundry no restaurant like it is mentioned on the siteweb. There is a mall no far away though called (Florentia village) and has a couple of places to eat including Kfc and an italian restuarant. Inside the rooms you can easily hear the person in the next room. Airport shuttle is avaible but be ready to wait about 90 minutes in between the pickups and its in T2 gate 25 its a red bus. The hotel is very big and is 14 minutes from the airport. Be ready to use your translator because the staff at the hotel dont speak English but are helpful.
This Hotel is very close to the airport. So I booked a room for my long transfer between two flights.
I would love to stay in my room from 7am to 7pm. For a hotel next to the airport should that be a logical booking procedure. But I failed. Check inn was possible at 12 lunchtime.
Its a very loud place. The planes are flying directly over the hotel. The hall was so loud, filled with family's and it was so crowded.
The check inn is the dirtiest place I have ever seen. I arrived, nobody looked at me for 5 minutes. Dirty counter, dirty screens, everywhere dust on the counter. Nobody speaks english.
The room was good. Nothing to complain.
A hotel with service from the airport, so close to the airport should have a day room booking or an early check inn procedure.
The outside park was full of bottles, drinks, rubbish. Must be a Chinese thing to leave everything where you are.
Never again this hotel.
