Breakfast is good. Room is big enough, pretty clean. There is even self service laundry (free) available.
The only issue the counter staff don't recognize the hotels.com booking receipt/confirmation printout I showed them. When I arrived it was already past mid night and it took them a long while to check the system and then came to the conclusion that my paid booking was actually not shown as paid. A check-in process which was supposed to be swift ended up took us more than 30 minutes?
Is there anything wrong with the IT system used by the front desk? Even if the system has some issues - the front desk staff could have quickly checked with Hotels.com to sort it out before we checked out next morning. There is certainly some room for improvement for their operation.
