Location wise, this stay is tough to beat. Being in the The Bund is ideal for anyone looking for convenience and a great view. Staff here are fantastic, super friendly, helpful and know English as well. The room was clean, spacious and you get an amazing view of the river and skyline. The room itself is great as well, everything you'll need and overall very aesthetic. Small inconveniences to know are that the lobby isn't on the ground floor. You'll need to show your reservation to the staff that's working in the lobby and they'll let you in. Which again isn't really a big problem as the staff are super helpful but just something to know. Overall, if you need a location in The Bund with great staff, this is hard to beat.

The staff were all extremely helpful and professional. Rooms were clean and comfortable and very well maintained. Breakfast was varied, beautifully cooked and presented. I felt there was something for everyone with a very high standard of provision. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel, conveniently placed for a great stay in Shanghai

The room was comfortable and the shower was great, there was tea making facilities however there was no teaspoon. Position of the hotel was excellent as it was across the road from the Bund. The only complaint was that the breakfast items were cold, fried eggs cold, dumplings cold, everything was cold/ maybe just lukewarm. Overall not to bad

I honestly will recommend this place to anyone. The staff was very helpful with the language barrier we manage to use google translate and so did the staff breakfast was delicious, and our room had the river view and we can see the Oriental Pearl tower. Beautiful sunrise from our room. It’s located right across the river where you can walk to the Bund. We also walk to the local restaurants and other shops near by. I will stay here again. Thank you staff for your smiling face and always helpful when we needed it. Also the security are very helpful . It’s very secure there is a guard on the first floor and you have to use your key to get in the elevator. Thank you again💞

Great location to reach the Bund, Yu Gardens, Nanjing Road on foot. Hotel staff were super helpful and patient with the language barrier. They assisted with booking airport transfer and ordering fresh fruit via online app that required a China phone number. Traffic in the area gets very busy in the evening, especially weekends - bear this in mind if you are taking a taxi back from outings - getting dropped off a few streets away and walking a few minutes might have you tens of minutes stuck in traffic. Laundry facilities are in the same room as a few exercise machines next to the reception. Breakfast selection changes slightly daily and includes a decent variety. View from the room over the bund was fantastic.

We really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. All the staff including Mu was very helpful right from our check in and until our check out on our final day of our stay. Helped us to book our taxi to the airport as our flight was early morning so she pre booked taxi for 5 am in the morning. The choice of breakfast was very good. We booked the room with panoramic view of the Bund and really pleased that we made the right choice and got amazing view of the Bund from our room window.
