我很晚才到達酒店的，给我做check in的没有穿制服的男子. 大堂电梯都很不清潔. 房间更是除了床還好一点. 其他的东西都很脏. 特别是馬桶脏的要命. 😡😡只是睡几个小时所以没有要求換房. 真的非常失望.

Very helpful and friendly staff

This hotel is very new and clean. But the best thing about it is the friendly and helpful staff. Simon is the manager and speaks good English and very helpful. Catherine also speaks English and is always ready to help out. The location is close to subway station, but west of Shanghai and not very high end.
