This hotel is perfect. It's clean and comfortable, nearby metro, a huge mall, and plenty of great places. The staff is so friendly. The room is comfortable, bed and pillows and shower is so big. Breakfast is also abundant and delicious!! Noodles and classic for Chinese and eggs and bacon for westerners.

The location is prime! I love the vibe and decoration. It is very clean and the bed are comfortable. Only downside is the pillow is too low and soft. Otherwise is good many restaurants options and near metro station. Staff are very nice too

Above average modern hotel

Close to metro, just around the corner was really good especially visit in winter. Room view pleasant looking out to Changning Road. Breakfast was fair as choices were limited but some local food, like xiaolongbao was delicious. Twin bed room size in fact was moderate however no proper space to accommodate two lugguages, my friend had to sqat down everytime for packing, not so covenient.

I love how the hotel has a stylish decoration and its cleanliness. The staff were also nice though some of them may not speak English fluently. The housekeeping in my floor was truly nice, she couldn't speak english but she tried to communicate with us. We love her cleaning skills that make our room kept clean everyday. The hotel location is also convenience for taking metro especially Line 2. We will surely stay at this hotel again next time!

Very nice staying for business. Room was very comfortable, staff was nice and there was a good breakfast (I've also appreciated that is not exaggerated like many other hotels). Strategic position close to 3 main lines of Shanghai Subway.

住左3日整體都很滿意，裝修幾靚，乾淨，大堂又有很多公共空間可以比一班人坐下傾下計。。。除左空調，因為空調是中央的不可調校，職員很好我一同佢地講就送左把風扇比我涼好多👍
