"It was very nice... the only thing that was not great was there was no hand railings in the toilets... the lack of them made it difficult to use it.. otherwise everything was perfect"
"Clean and bright room, good breakfast and pool amenities, very friendly staff all around.
The property is right on the lake though there is no easy access from the hotel so we had to walk around a little. However, there is a nice, green area facing the lake, which was very nice."
"Place didn’t appear clean. Floors felt gross. Breakfast food was cold. Front desk wasn’t very engaging. Power jets in tub had pink mold. Coffee was awful. View of lake was blocked by overgrown plant life

"Loves this hotel and its location. Great to be able to get to kelleys island ferry easily. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean. The decor is a little outdated and beds are not very comfortable. But the amenities and cleanliness makes up for it. Love the pool area and cottages to rent"
