"Personnel très sympathique, surtout le Monsieur de l’équipe de nuit, professionnel et très serviable, qui se met en 4 pour rendre notre sejour plus agreable. Place de parking sécurisée, logement spacieux, je regrette juste que la clim ne puisse pas s’arrêter, moi qui la supporte mal (systeme centralisé). Nous avond tout de même trouvé une solution pour rendre la chose plus supportable. Un grand merci!"

"Amazing stay in France
The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout. The bed was so comfy and the room had everything we needed for our stay- the shower was amazing.
We ate in the restaurant for dinner and lunch and couldn’t fault the food or the service.
Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice.
We used the spa which was also lovely and relaxing with a jacuzzi steam room and sauna- reasonably priced for massage also
All the staff were friendly and welcoming. If we needed anything we...

"location is not great if looking for access to the city. the room itself felt like a hospital room and was not pleasant. however, parking was plentiful and the common areas are cute."

"Hotel con buona colazione variegata. La camera molto piccola per 4, e non troppo nuova. Garage sotterraneo che fortunatamente per il mio profilo EXPEDIA non ho pagato, ma con posti piccolini. Nei servizi c'era la lavanderia self ma non è così, avrei dovuto dare le mie cose da lavare almeno due giorni prima della partenza, ma questo non era scritto e non sono riuscita ad usare il setvizio. Personale molto gentile"

"We only stayed for one night before driving to Rouen, the basement car park is fantastic, only €15 for 24 hrs, and we left the car there until 6pm the next day so we could see the city after checking out.
Hotel interior is very nice, our room is small but the glass shower room is really nice, anyway, when get up for a pee, make sure a lamp is switched on when you wash hands after toilet, otherwise you’ll bump into the tempered glass - not very nice experience I should say."
