"Our flat was very nice and spacious with great view of the city from the balcony. Kitchen had everything what was needed for cooking breakfast and meals.Great bathroom with nice shower with plenty of hot water.Reception and cleaning staff were very friendly. However flat could use some updating as the carpet and the sofa was looking old and stained.
We also saw couple of cockroaches in the flat but that's kind of normal in the hot country. Overall we had a brilliant stay in Bonaparte hotel.

"O hotel em si é muito bom. Diria até excelente. Porém, a modalidade onde o apartamento é por conta do proprietário, o conforto e manutenção do apartamento é muito ruim. Tomadas com defeito, luzes queimadas. Torneira vazando. Deve-se cobrar mais dos proprietários dos flats particulares.
De resto, o hotel é muito bom. "

"The hotel is falling to pieces and needs urgent refurbishing. My toilet didn´t flush, I had practically no hot water, the lighting in the room is awful, the carpets in the corridors are disgusting, the sink was filthy, the TV offered no sports channels, no films and only bizzare religious channels plus some right wing extremist channels. First hotel in my life without CNN !!! You obviously don't give a damn about your clients. "

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE! keep in mind this is not a regular hotel. If reservation is made with hotels.com or similar you have to call and go through another check in process online which makes it very inconvenient after long flight. Additionally the place is filthy!!! as I walked in I encountered roaches, the linen on the bed is only a sheet and another to cover yourself and they are super dirty. The furniture you don't want to use with stains of food, the towels are dirty, the chairs broke...
