This hotel is great if you want to be centrally located in the city. The registration process was efficient. All staff have wonderful uniforms that quickly identify them in your movements about the hotel. Every one was helpful and courteous . Having underground parking was great. The breakfast selection was varied but we especially enjoyed the omelet station. Our room was spotless and we enjoyed a great view of the Axia Momuntal from our balcony. We would certainly stay here again.

This is an older hotel with nice facilities like rooftop pool and restaurant. Staff friendly. Unfortunately our mattress was old and worm and desperately needed replacement. So I was disappointed given the price charged I would have hoped for a newer firmer mattress.

Nice hotel in the Center

Nice hotel in the Center, but noisy highway around. Elevadors slow but overall a good hotel. I would stay there again if the price is right. Bed ok and breakfast ok.

We had the best time at this beautiful hotel! It was very clean, conveniently located, and the pool was absolutely divine! We felt safe in the Staff was wonderful in helping us! Eldamir was one of the staff that really went out of his way to make sure my sister and I felt welcome & had what we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel de boa qualidade.

Os funcionários do hotel são muito educados e gentis, os quartos são grandes, mas o hotel é antigo, apesar de algumas reformas. Os quartos do 7 e 8 andares são reformados e melhores que os demais. A localização é excelente. Café da manhã muito bom e variado. Preço um pouco caro considerando a idade do hotel.
