"What a pleasant surprise! We booked this family run hotel last-minute and were blown away by the service and the amazing views of the mountains. The building is a bit dated due to being in business for over 100 years by the same family, but don’t let that turn you away. "We had bad impression since we arrived. We choose this hotel because they saud they have shuttle bus. So when we arrive at train station, we actually called them to ask them to pick us up caz 2 of us had 3 luggages. The person who picked up the phone refused and said he could not come to pick up as he was the reception and cannot leave the hotel. And said we could walk to hotel only 400 m. So we walked up and the road is on the way up to the hill for the whole 400 m. Can you imagin 2 small...
