"A pretty amazing place. Looks very luxurious, the restaurant and the meal was super fancy and yet very reasonably priced. We couldn’t understand why the place was mostly empty, but we stayed mid-week, and the place clearly caters to Italians (even the spa menu was only in Italian). The air-conditioning in the room was not very strong and very noisy, but otherwise very nice room. "

Every staff member that we encountered was grumpy and acted like they hated their job. The atmosphere was really cold and uninviting. Although our stay was in the year 2025, at check out I was asked to stand at reception while the clerk prepared our bill.
