Cockroaches. Cigarette smoke smell. Old hotel, jaded, thin towel/sheets."Gym" is just a room with some equipment, treadmill is spoilt. Parking however is easy, supermarket conveniently located next door. Did not try the included breakfast but looks like standard 1-2 star hotel breakfast. Likely will not return to stay here.

Nothing special .Room was not properly cleaning .Tv and safe table got a lot of dust look like the staff did not clean the dust for so long time. Not properly clean.
General condition ok. Air condition needs service as it has some smell once turn on. Bathroom exhaust fan need a fix to run properly. It is carpeted therefore additional cleaning efforts required as some leftover food debris found under bed.
Hotel is conveniently located with Billion Supermarket just beside it. Plenty of self parking lots with eateries nearby. Breakfast quantity is limited but quality still acceptable.
Strategically located beside supermarket & aesthetic of hotel was better than expected. However, the room was sprayed with a very very strong scent to the point it was choking. Was also charged RM30 for a broken cup which I felt was an unreasonable sum.
Not the first time staying at this hotel, still a great experience from check-in till check-out.
Room is spacious, quiet and clean. Has all the standard amenities needed.
Room is very spacious with a King-Sized bed. Quiet and clean. Room comes with safety deposit box and refrigerator.
Front desk staff was polite and courteous.

Good location
Good and pleasant stay. Ideal location as it’s in the middle of the town. Easily can find shopping and food outlets. Parking is easy available and safe.

Okay for a short stay and the family room are quite spacious
My experience was the air-con so dirty and not cool at all but the service is good , fast action . The staff straight away to change a room for me
