Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Couldn't find booking
Couldn't find booking due to communication issues with head office so put in any available room which was cramped. Dinner had run out so did not eat properly. Breakfast was poor. Room was not clean and water was cold.
