"Front desk person at evening check in was unwelcoming. A/C in room didn’t work. Reported it as soon as I found out. Property was not full, could have offered another room but didn’t. Maintenance guy knocked on door at 9:45pm, after a long day of driving and hiking we just wanted to go to sleep. Checked ..."
