Hello, We are sorry to hear that you had bad experience during your stay with us. We are not sure which room have you stayed in but we assume it was 1003 room. Also we would like to say that if there were any problems (and if you stayed in 1003 room we remember you contacted us asking to how run the aircon heater which we helped you with, also you said there was no problem with heating and everything worked fine... so we are not sure why you said in your review there was no heating). Also we are 100% sure that all of our rooms have slippers, every toilet has toilet paper, soap, shampoo and if it happens that guests run out of it, all they do is contact us and hey can always get more refills. Hair dryers are hanging right outside the room and they are free to use (since we are a guesthouse we emphasize a sharing system but we are also 100% sure there is minimum one hair dryer at the time). And again, we are sorry if you had bad experience and you felt that way, but again we are here to respond to any problem or mistake and we expect our guests to contact us at anytime when needed. Therefore please, if you decide to stay in places like this again where there is no 24H staff on duty yet someone who you can contact through the phone, feel free and get in touch with management and try get problems solved at the beginning instead of having bad experience and then leaving very negative review for the host.
