チェックアウト後、娘がAirPodsを忘れたことを気づきましたが、電話確認したところ確保しておいていただけました。 取りに戻り無事回収できてよかったです。 非常に良い対応でした。

我不會再住這間酒店 第一天入住的時候已經發現床單上有一些女性的分泌物 橙橙黃黃的 我唯有叫服務人員更換床單 然之後我又發現牆上面有兩條個好似鼻涕的東西 手指尾咁長咁粗的 我住到第三天才要需要房間清潔 之後那個鼻涕已經不見了 浴缸的去水非常有問題 去水很慢很慢 而且會好像堵塞一樣 腳一直浸住很不舒服 而且毛巾上都有一些小毛髮感覺很不衛生 唯一可取的 是他們的主任服務態度還不錯 每次我問路或者其他諮詢都很有耐性的解答我

Hotel molto bello ed in ottimo stato. Grazie all'ottima organizzazione della struttura, nonostante fossimo arrivate di mattina, abbiamo comunque potuto fare il check-in e posare le nostre cose nella camera che era già pronta. Il personale è stato molto gentile e preparato. La stanza non grandissima ma comunque ottima per trascorrere un ottimo soggiorno. Consiglio!

The place is very convenient and close to bus stops and train station. There are also lots of restaurants around the area and convenience stores that are open 24hrs. The location is safe because there's a police station close by.

The room was small but to be expected in Seoul. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The rooftop garden is a nice option for smokers. It is conveniently located to Myeongdong and very walkable with lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The staff spoke English well and were very accommodating.

Great location with a 10 minute walk to the Shibuya Scramble Crossing but in a quieter area so not disturbed at night. Helpful staff and a clean hotel.

Hotel staff was very accommodative to our requests. They were very thoughtful and allow us early check in for 2 rooms out of 4 because we had 18 luggages and they were concerned about the space occupied at the open lobby. It’s not a big hotel but it was nice and cost enough for us. Bed was comfortable too to allow for good night’s rest and ready for the next busy day. Walking distance to 3 subway stations. So we had options depending on our destinations.

洗濯機と乾燥機の数が圧倒的に少ない。2台ずつしかない。洗剤は自販機で購入しないといけない。持ち込みは禁止されている。洗剤の自販機がボロで1000ウォンしか使えないし、全然入らない、戻ってくる。フロントで買わしてほしい。日本語できるスタッフは限られているし、そこまで堪能ではないです。トイレはペーパーが流せるし、ウォシュレットが付いていて良かったです。でも、便座が冷たい、スイッチ押して設定したつもりが、温まらない。私の設定が悪かったのか。日本のトイレに慣れているので。風呂のお湯は、MAXで丁度くらい、友達はもうちょい温度上げてと言っていました。初、韓国だったので、聞いてた話しよりは、良いホテルに泊まったと思います。コンセントはCタイプだが、一個は日本と同じタイプが付いてた。 ツインの部屋に4泊。水のペットボトルを毎回補充してくれる。アメニティも補充してくれます。歯ブラシもあります。

Staff were nice and kind, the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Thank you David and Henry from the restaurant! You were the best! Breakfast was awesome as well.

Enjoyed our stay and appreciated the friendly service! Perks were the heating system, heated toilets, nice mini fridge, clean. Quiet street and close to subways.

I felt unsafe as someone tried to open my door at night!! Have to change room!!! Causing me stress and anxiety....not a pleasant stay at this hotel! I will never return!!!
