The rooms were spacious and also the nice to have a washing machine in the room
The room includes lots of storage
The staff are also very friendly. And the place is close to the port which is very prettty and walkable
Only downside is the breakfast was pretty limited
Modern property with spacious rooms. It is close by to the Olle Market which was very convenient and it is quiet at night. Having laundry in suite is always convenient for long trips. It would be nice if the property provided dishes and microwaves in suite since there is a kitchenette.

Disliked: Staff & service
Hotel's location was vety good. Close to the msille olle market. Breakfast was good too. Reveption staff need to.be better trained. When I asked for a Jeju map was told that there was none on the island. Reception staff were more interested in watching movie on their cell phone than helping us.
You get what you pay for essentially. Paint was chipped, old stains on bedding, sheets, and pillows. Found male underwear in the washing machine the day we checked in. The elevator had a weird stench, almost fishy like. The location is great though, we were able to walk to different waterfalls and through the street markets.

Good value for money. Big closet but strangely contained no clothes hangers. I was disappointed that housekeeping did not include making the bed or vacuuming; just taking away used towels and bringing new ones. The windows and the shower door did not seem clean. Staff was nice and showed me how to use the air conditioning.
The room is not small. It is a studio apartment; I like the big refrigerator, kitchen sink and washing machine which makes it feels like home as we stayed there for 7 days. Although parking space is limited, we could park at hotel across it.
We have stayed for 4d3n and happy with this hotel make our stayed like a home. The staff was so helpfull when i missed my bag on the bus, she help us to contact the bus operator to look for it and finally we get back our bag, thanks to Choi Da Eun.
I will sure come back to this hotel again in future

Very reasonable price.
Small kitchen and wash & dryer so it’s good for long stay. And enough closet.
This hotel is exceptional value for money. Parking is a little tight and our room looked out into a construction site - but that is reflected in the price we paid. The room was clean with all the amenities you could ask for. Breakfast was included and was excellent. Breakfast included porridge, soup, a variety of hot dishes (eggs, fried rice, vegetables, potato wedges, etc), cereals, cold cuts, bread, juices, fruit, yoghurt - you name it they had it. One of the best breakfasts we've had. Staff were helpful and spoke English. The hotel is a short walk to Olle Market and very close to Lee Jung Seop Street. We had a wonderful dinner at a restaurant around the corner called 무성향 - highly recommend it to those staying at this hotel.
The ocean view from our room was amazing. The parking attendant was excellent and the hotel front desk staff were polite.
The hotel gave us towels that were worn bare and had holes in them. We complained and showed the front desk. They apologized and got us new ones, but after a few days, we got towels with holes again. They were like rags that should have been tossed and replaced. The refrigerator in our room smelled like fish. We couldn't put any of our food or even water in it. We complained and the cleaning staff came and wiped it down with a wet cloth - no cleaning products - so it did nothing to get rid of the fish smell.
The beds were the worse. The mattress was so hard that our bodies ached from sleeping on them. I have never, ever encountered a mattress so hard that it was beyond firm.
We will never stay at Shin Shin again.
I shouldn’t have made a reservation with this hotel.
From the first day, there was a strong smell of urine in the hallway and I could hear guests talking every time I passed their door. And above all, the rooms were not cleaned at all. I found hair on the sheets, mold and debris in the washing machine and black dust in the air conditioner blowing area. There was mold in the shower booth and the washroom seemed to have been not cleaned.
When I made a reservation online through Hotels.com, I paid the price of breakfast which was listed as $27 per person. but the actual hotel price was $12 per person at the hotel. Where is my money!!!!
We weren’t provided enough towels, and when asked the front desk she said there were no towels because there was a group of tourists. There was also no iron in the room.(I saw that a iron in the room when reserved the hotel)
I'm angry that I paid around $290 to stay in this motel-level hotel for two days.
I could have stayed with this price in a better hotel.
I should have taken all pictures in the room!!!
What a waste trip!
Dated and walls are dirty . Smell in the hallway and entrance . Receptionist not friendly on the phone all the time . I think they need to be trained in customer service .
