This hotel is really basic. It’s feels more like a hostel than hotel. Staff can’t communicate effectively in English. Most basic items are chargeable, ie more towels, clearing of own trash (food)…
Bathrooms does not come with floor mat.
While we’re there, the swimming pool was having some activities. So it’s pretty noisy. Guest can use the pool from 3pm onwards.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
While the lobby pictures were accurate, the room that we stayed in was not updated as picture showed and the pool area was also not accurately portrayed. However, we did go just after the pool opened for the season so they may not have had all of the equipment out.
Overall, the hotel was built to house large group tourists. Material used in the building isn't very high quality. Cheap carpets everywhere and ripped here and there... Looks a lot better from the outside and lobby looks like a 4 star hotel. Thin walls - you can hear someone next room flushing toilet or taking shower.
BUT!! I am giving it a four star rating because you are paying for 1 to 1.5 star hotel and you are getting 2.5 star hotel room.
It was nice to stay here for one night, price is very cheap. It seemed like group people coming this place. It was unpleasant to be around loud group people. Especially, parking lot... guys are smoking right outside of parking lot. Smoking smell spreads out to the room. Please be aware of this situation. It was parking lot 2. All staffs are nice, tho.
Thank you for your help.
The property was one of few in Eastern Jeju so we didn't have a lot of options. The hotel was quite old and run down - our a/c did not work so we had to open the windows the entire time. The sheets and towels were stained. They provided slippers to use inside the toilet/shower room but the slippers were very dirty. Overall not a very comfortable and pleasant stay but you get what you pay for. I wouldn't come back here...
I think it was too commercialised. No indoor slippers, no instant tea or coffee, just two bottles of no label lukewarm water. There was a bottle of bodywash and shampoo sitting in a corner of bathroom since there was nothing but a toilet and showerhead in the bathroom. No towel rack or shower toiletries holder. If you want to wear slippers indoors you had to go to the convenience store downstairs and buy one. Same goes for tea or coffee. Convenience store downstairs had no ready to eat meals and only a small selection of instant cup noodles. About the only good thing in this accomodation would be outdoor swimming pool. I assume it's heated since i saw some brave young people swimming in the middle of winter while it was snowing.
