Very satisfied with the room which was spacious. Bathroom was nice, air conditioning was very effective, and the bed was comfortable. Convenience store 24hr attached (self service if not staffed), good laundry facilities, and bus stop in front (we used the 600 bus from airport). Rooftop pool is heated, and there is a smoking booth at the back entrance. Great area with dining options all around, and great walking areas. Very highly recommended.

Great value for money, good location near bus stop, waterfall and market. Room was clean and modern, though towels were worn and needed updating. Enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and rooftop area. Staff were helpful. It would be better if there was a proper booking system for the karaoke rooms.

Spacius room, great location to go to the market in the evenings and use as a base for daily trips. The only thing this hotel really does need to do, is renew the carpet in their halls. This gives a total different, un desired atmosphere in the hotel.

We booked the parlor suite which allowed 6 people to stay in it but hotel asked for us to pay for any person more than 4. They also wanted us to pay for extra blankets when requested. We paid for another room instead as the room was too small for 6 anyways. They should not be advertising that the room is big enough for 6. Other than that the room was clean and beds were comfy. Nice that they have a coin laundry room and a CU connected to it. Also close to the markets and food street.

Quiet area in front of a lush park surrounding the Cheonjiyeon Waterfall. I recommend choosing a room with an ocean view. Also has a nice pool.

서귀포 올레시장과 정방폭포를 걸어서 갈 수 있는 올레 여행을 하시려면 추천드립니다. 올레시장 걸어서 10분, OO정 김밥 800m, 천지연폭포 10분, 정방폭포도 가깝고, 서귀포 올레센터 3분 등 위치가 좋습니다. 1층의 편의점이 있어서 좋고, 8층의 루프탑과 수영장은 본 호텔의 장점입니다. (아쉽지만 다른 일정으로 사용못함) 약간 시설은 노후화 되었지만, 최고의 입지, 친절한 프론트, (외국인에게 직접 구글맵에 안내해주시는 모습에 감동 …)., 그리고 만난 음식까지. 추천드려요.

Séjour Casaloma

Nous avons passé deux nuits à l'hôtel Casaloma. Notre séjour c'est très bien passé, l'hôtel est très joliment décoré, la literie est confortable et le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Il est bien situé pour visiter Seogwipo. Seul petit bémol, hormis la personne de l'accueil, le personnel parle très peu anglais.
