"Better than I usually stay in Japan. Every thing was really good. Hotel is very new and super clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Located in the heart of the city, near the subway station and shopping street. "

"Clean, comfortable, OK breakfast, very convenient location a few minutes walk from station, lots of nearby restaurants. A bit impersonal, with typical Sotetsu Fresa checking in and out by machine. Cashless hotel, so need to pay city tax by phone or card"

"Sendai train station, bus terminal, and shopping malls are within walking distance from the hotel. Front desk staff and parking attendants are very helpful."
