"The lady who owns the B&B was extremely friendly and let me check in early (I needed to put my bags down). She lives in the property. Room was traditional, clean and spacious with a great location, 2mins walk from the Duomo. Very comfortable bed and pillows. However, no breakfast. There is a sideboard with some biscuits and a coffee machine (no cups, plates, empty fridge and nowhere to sit if there was food - things all over table). "No wifi in our Royal/King Suite (we selected the best room on their hotels.com listing). Only working wifi was in their lobby (i took my tablet and cell phone to lobby and confirmed wifi worked there). Cannot recommend any hotel with no working wifi in a room I am paying for. We left the next morning and hotel would not credit our account for nights we were not there. They grossly misrepresent wifi on hotels.com.
