We went for my 40th birthday with the whole family. The staff were so kind and was a fabulous time. My mum ended up falling over, breaking her leg and requiring surgery. The hotel staff went above and beyond in helping us get her to the hospital and upon our return getting us back home. So incredibly grateful for our time there. We will definitely be back.

Best place to stay for solo trip

Very central and easy to walk to all necessities. Great value Beauty Spa for massage and beauty treatments ask for Sari or Ita . Staff were all so helpful from the front desk to the room attendants. Definitely would stay again

Very friendly and helpful staff right from the checkin in to checking out. Staff were always very attentive and offering to help when required. Grounds and pool area very clean, staff continually checking for cleanliness. Hotel very quiet and safe. Pool access rooms excellent, only criticism was that there are no ladder/steps from room directly into the pool, only steps at end of pool and the lounges on the verandah were more like chairs and not very comfortable for lounging.
