This is the second time we have stayed here and the hotel is so calm, quiet and welcoming we rarely left the pool side The bar staff in particular know everyone’s name, and are just the kindest and most thoughtful people Highly recommend staying here if you like relaxation, close beach proximity, great restaurants nearby and just a calm and relaxing break. 10/10"

"The staff were very hospitable and services were clean and easy to use. Staff communicated through WhatsApp- very effective and timely responses. Flight was almost cancelled and services were automatically put it place to have us stay another night if we needed. Overall lovely stay. Breakfast buffet had many options - would recommended eating out for lunch and dinner at the places nearby - just a 5 minute walk to food or short Gojek ride."

"Alila is positioned in a beach front location, a short stroll from the heart of Seminyak. Shopping, restaurants, beach, and stunning sunsets are all around..... The staff fall over themselves to be helpful. The room attendants are quick and efficient. The reception staff are happy to help. But most of all, the Seasalt staff are all the above, particularly Dewi, Krishna, Septa and Cynthia (sp?). The suite was well appointed, the bed was very comfortable, the pillows were fresh and the view was stunning."

"This beach front resort was well beyond expectations. The resort is super clean, the staff are beyond friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic and the beach front pool and palapas to relax under for breakfast and lounging at the pool were heavenly. The room was perfect for our family of three. Super clean and comfortable. Can’t say enough about this place. Thank you."

"Communication prior arriving was great and we were able to book airport transfer. All the staff were helpful and very welcoming. The location is great as everything is working distance. The property was well maintained as they had staff doing the rounds. Room was super clean and bed made everyday. We also used the laundry service and got our clothes within a timely manner. I would highly recommend staying here!"
