"Amazing"

"We loved this hotel, my husband and I came with our 9 year old daughter. It is right in the mix of Seminyak, but also secluded enough for peace and quiet. The ocean view is unobstructed out front. Bc there are alot of restaurants and vendors walking down the beach path. Rooms are beautiful and staff were amazing! Loved the eclectic decor. Food was great at restaurants and the pool."

This resort offered top notch care and service, We stayed at the location across the street, which was newer and the room was absolutely gorgeous. "We had an excellent stay there. Hotel and rooms are modern and very well maintained. All the amenities are on par with other chain hotels with great facilities such as the gym and spa. Breakfast is as also fantastic. The staff in all aspects of service was outstanding in their attentiveness and politeness. The area is full of shopping and other activities as the beach is just a 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel. Highly recommend for a family stay."

"Wonderful staff and a great location! The rooms were clean, and housekeeping was always on top of everything. The only negative experience we had was with the water in our room. When we checked in, the water wasn't fully running, and once it was, the water quality wasn't great. We had to let it run for about an hour before it cleared up. "Had such a great stay here in the “Oasis” villa. Perfect for solo or couple - great plunge pool and rooftop with hot tub. The staff are amazing - always friendly, helpful and kind. The location is wonderful - close to great restaurants, shopping and the beach. The property is building some extra villas so there will be various sizes for families etc in coming months. Highly recommend staying here! "

"Peppers Seminyak is ideally located and the free shuttle is extremely convenient. The staff are friendly and always happy to assist. We enjoyed the in-villa bar service and BBQ one night with the complementary karaoke - which was very fun!"

"Pool gave me green hair , safes didn't work in one room and no instructions in the other no staff able to communicate properly how they work. Location was great and staff very friendly and as helpful as they could be. Very dated and outdoor kitchen no cleaning cloth or soap provided."

"Nice hotel in a great central location. There is an entrance at the back of the resort that gets you onto JL Petitenget. Spa’s, mini mart, food at the front and at the back of resort. We were there a few days ago, the hotel was 95% full however very quiet and we had the pool to ourselves. Stayed in the Residence Pool villa, bedrooms are upstairs that I didn’t realise at the time of booking.
