"We can’t faulty anything! The service was impeccable. The staff really goes above and beyond for the customer. A major thanks to the restaurant staff, especially Suelee (not sure about the spelling). And a major thanks to the girls in the spa Reva and Ella, excellent treatments! The rooms were clean, large with a private pool and amazing view. We will definitely be back to this very hotel."

"My stay at Sudamala was unforgettable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and provided a perfect night's sleep. The hotel's central location made exploring the Senaggigi a breeze, and the delicious food at the restaurant was a fantastic bonus. There is local restaurant across the street along with laundry and a mini mart for snacks. I loved the area and was super glad I chose Senggigi over Kuta "

"Nice international hotel with a very friendly staff with direct access to the beach. I booked a bungalow, no. 118 with sea view which was really non-existing due to fence between the area and beach, full grown pal trees and small shops covered in tarp. They held a couple of conferences with evening arrangements and a Saturday disco night during my stay and the microphone/speaker could be heard as loud as you where a the party yourself in my despite being a bit away from all of it. "Gorgeous hotel. Beautifully designed and a little oasis. Lovely charming staff. Rooms are spotless, minimalist and tasteful. We were in one of the bungalows and the indoor/outdoor bathroom was fabulous. The pool was great. Just big enough and a lovely design, warm, sunbeds and umbrellas around it, towels provided. "Really lovely hotel, it’s quite secluded so you either happy to be happy staying at the resort for food (which is really nice) or venture out with taxis/scooters. The breakfast is really good and substantial. The staff are lovely and there is a nice spa on site. The beach is nice, clean and quiet. The only thing that lets the place down is the WiFi, it’s awful. "
