" Perfect property in an amazing community by a fascinating beach. The apartment is perfect, equiped with everything a family may need, in a very well-kept condition. "We had a fantastic stay at Mughal Suites. Shadi and Diana checked us in and gave us a lovely suite. It was clean, the AC worked perfectly and we had a nice pool view. Diana called us to make sure everything was ok and let us know the name of the person who would be at the front desk after she left. "We chose it because it was relatively cheap and yet had excellent reviews. Very isolated, pool is in rooftop, beach is very small and not very nice. Inside apartment is great. The building not so much. Good customer service from Qstay and Zoya"

"The swimming pool was very cold, when I informed them, they told me that it has heater, which was closed, then they switch on, but unfortunatly it tooks about 6 hours to be hot, which took all the night to ve hot, so we did not enjoy the swiming pool, they should be open from the biginning"

"Positives: super clean, a plenty of good quality food, attentive staff. The spa was great. Negatives: website claims that the hotel is offering a free shuttle within 30 km radius. The only place where the shuttle goes twice a day, is a nearby mall. Also, the hotel is very far from the airport and the city, no uber or taxi will come to pick you up, so for all activities, you are dependent on the travel agency within the hotel. You can rent a car with a driver for the whole day, for example. Lastly, the hotel serves mainly families with kids. There is loud music and screaming kids all day. So if you’re looking for something quiet and relaxing, this is not it. "

"Very impressed. Clean, comfortable - good gym and reasonably good value. Big effort made to cater for all ...family, solo etc. The DJ is a bit too loud, drowning out conversation, and bar food average. However, the buffet is exceptional. All in, best value in Al Hamra "

"The hotel was very clean. The staff through the hotel always said Hello, very friendly. The room was clean. Breakfast was good, alot of choices. Beds were a little small( we had the 2 full beds). Wish they would go back to 2 queens in each room, more convenient with 3 people. All in all a great 2 day stay."
