"We were during low season so breakfast was not plentiful. Very small room. Room with balcony isn’t soundproof at all. "

The only issue for me is that when I checked-in they told me that I was upgraded from city view to sea view…they should have said downgraded to open rooftop club view facing my window playing very loud music from 9:30pm to 12:30 every night! Very unfortunate, bad sleep for 3 nights. "

"We woke up late for breakfast but after speaking with a manager, we received food in the room and it was excellent! The staff is accomodating which is much needed especially when you are coming for the first time. "

The view of the river is beautiful and can be seen from the restaurant at breakfast and dinner, It’s a short walk to the tram. We liked the tranquil escape it gave us from the bustle of Istanbul. "I had an amazing 3-night stay at Swissôtel The Bosphorus in Istanbul. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The room was incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing after long days exploring the city. The staff truly made the experience special. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, and it was great that almost all of them spoke English, which made everything seamless. A special thank you to Öznur in the Executive Lounge for her outstanding service—she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her manager, Emre, was also incredibly friendly and attentive. I also opted for the breakfast package, and it was absolutely worth it. The breakfast selection was fantastic and a great way to start each day. Overall, a top-tier experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul."
