Hotel was ok and breakfast very good. Issue is transportation. There is no uber in the City and taxis are limited. Difficult to get to Madrid, costing about 170 euros one way. Trains work, but you have to make reservations. City os nice with three major attractions.

Location is great just next to the aqueduct. The hotel has underground parking with entrance to the hotel. Some of the rooms face the patio of a restaurant and there is noise coming from the street below. The gym only opens up at 9am and looks very basic. The walk from the elevator to the room could be long and involve going up/down stairs (problem for elderly people). Did not have breakfast.

Room very clean and spacious. Only thing missing was a small table and chairs. Great location, everything was within walking distance. Free parking, for small cars. We had a small SUV for 3 + luggage and you wouldn’t want to park anything larger there. Rome was also very quiet and had a great view.

I was a little disappointed overall, although the view was amazing. I expected a little more from the Eurostar name. We were given a multi-room suite, which I did not book. There were only two of us, so it felt a little odd we had a separate virtually empty sitting room with not much more than a pull-out couch. Just feels like it’s ready for an update throughout. The atrium inside was dark and empty. One highlight was definitely the cheerful breakfast room and impressive self-serve spread. Oh and I almost forgot, upon arriving to the room the shower head immediately snapped off, reinforcing the idea everything needs an update. They did immediately address the problem and it was fixed in about an hour. Staff was friendly and helpful!
