"Always a pleasure to return to Villa Lucica. Valentina is a wonderful host."

House Sandra is within minutes of the Split Riva and the Diocletian Palace as well as great restaurants, the beach, and the old town. Secondly, location is the neighborhood, which goes back centuries with stone houses and a network of alley ways for strolling through with beautiful architecture and friendly locals. House Sandra itself is a stone house and the rooms are beautiful and...

"It's a problem that the parking lot is so far away from the hotel. The hotel is located within the city walls. So, there is no elevator. We have to carry our luggage upstairs with difficulty. The manager is very nice. "

"4 flights of stairs to carry luggage up to room. Room was clean."

"Room was impeccable. Very close to everything. Staff very helpful and communication was exceptional."

"Best location, love it, close to the beach and restaurants."

"The self check-in instructions provided by the staff were clear and very easy to follow. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The location is excellent - you can walk to the center of the old town in about 7 minutes. There is a parking lot just up the street from the building (less than 2 minutes walk). It is very busy, but if you can find a spot the rates are very cheap (I paid about 5 euros for a 3 day stay)."

"Had everything we needed, (bed/ac/bathroom) but was very small and no common area at all. However we loved the location. It was a 1 min walk to the Riva and situated around some delicious restaurants."

"Simple accommodation. Very functional. Kitchen is shared with a second unit. Not an issue just sinething to be aware of. Host was very polite and friendly."

"The staff was great"

"Good place in split to stay close by everything, the staff nice and helpful. However there is no elevator just be mind full the apartment is on the 3rd floor"
