"We used the Pickled Parson as a home base for a month while visiting family. The room we had for that duration of a stay was a little small, but it was comfortable, clean and made up daily. "The hotel in situated in a lovely location and we found it to be very quite we suited us nicely. We had breakfast and evening meal and we could not fault it. We normally stay in the travel lodge when we go up to Bishop Auckland but we will use the Park Head in future."
