"My had a short stay but it was pleasant with the hotel providing ample support"

"Arjun at reception was very helful. House keeping by Seraj and Sony outrstanding. Harsh and Simon in the restaurant very cooperative. Roof leaking in the glasshouse near restaurant is risky."

"Clean room, a little small, but ok, nice shower, very nice and helpfull staff, good food, nice roof top restaurant & bar. Market with nice shops (books, fine clothes & computer) and small restaurants nearby. Quiet and spacefull places under huge baniantrees with lots of birds & squirls..."

"Nice and clean place, helpful staff."

"At midnight when we reach the Hotel, the Hotel denied us to give the room stating all rooms are full, they moved us to another Hotel which was more terrible after a wait of more than hour, we finally got checked in around 2AM in the night with family, this was most horrible experience"

"Overall, my stay was average. The welcome was courteous but lacked the warmth and personalized service expected from a good hotel like Novotel. The food quality at the breakfast was disappointing and needs improvement. The property also lacks key amenities such as a swimming pool and spa, while the beds felt smaller than expected for a king-size category. A satisfactory stay overall, but there is certainly room for improvement in service, dining, comfort, and facilities."

"Best service ever! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely nice, friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They made me feel comfortable and truly valued as a guest. The service was excellent, and everyone went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I really appreciate the great hospitality and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️"

"The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Service staff were friendly and professional. Very comfortable stay."

"We had to request a room change - as the earlier allocated was dirty. New room required clean bedsheets and sofa in room had a stain. Overall experience was okay staff were helpful but hotel.."
