"We checked in and the tv and wifi did not work staff tried an hour in and out our room then moved us to different room only to have same issues. By 9pm had the issue resolved. Not a great experience."

"Was surprised after checking in that the hotel was only 3 star. The amenities and renovated room put it on 4 star level. From the outside it could be misleading but the room was renovated and was super clean and contemporary. The building may be dated but the updates and cleanliness was beyond good. Again surprisingly the indoor pool was a good size and nice for family fun. Lots of parking, good wifi, grab/go breakfast, modern clean room, nice size indoor pool and Aveda brand soap/shampoo...
