"Friendly staff, clean room, nice view over the pool. Each room has a small patio - nice to sit out there and relax. I enjoyed my stay."

"Convenient location for My Visit Nice Place"

"Great beach. Large bedrooms."

"Room felt like an apartment"

"The room we had was very clean and comfortable. The only Con about the room we had is that it is connected with another room so you can hear everything from that room. Overall we loved the stay and can’t wait to go back!!"

"Parking"

"The setting was beautiful, very old-time Floridian. Courtney, the receptionist, and later our server for breakfast, was courteous and accommodating. The included breakfast was delicious. We had actually forgotten a personal item and I contacted the inn for assistance. Dean was able to ship it back to us quickly. I highly recommend this B&B and plan to stay there again as my husband I need to make a trip to Melbourne annually."

"The stay was extremely pleasant. The star very friendly and helpful. The ambience, the good , the amenities were all very good. Both my husband and I wanted to stay longer. Kudos to Elyssa she was so helpful and professional."

"The fridge was not clean. Dirty dishes and pans left in the dishwasher. Several holes in the walls. TV remote had dead batteries. Window air conditioners had gaps around the units letting warm air in from outside. Bugs would scatter in the kitchen when the lights were turned on. Debris scattered all over the property from long term residents. If you choose to stay here, beware."
