"I had previously booked a room at another hotel it was a very horrific experience so I was nervous and it was a very last minute decision to go to Howard Johnson Inn , however when I arrived all my anxiety vanished the front desk were very helpful and empathetic to my situation. The cleaning staff whipped up a room for me in no time and everyone was amazing! Great service, clean rooms, wifi and continental breakfast definitely recommend!"

"The room was lovely with a very comfortable bed and pillows. We really enjoyed the breakfast brought to our room every morning and the staff were so pleasant and helpful. The hotel is just off the heavily trafficked area of town yet so close to everything. We were able to walk to the falls and all the arcades. We would definitely stay again."

"The property was under construction. The amenities were all closed. The hallways were a little dirty and a $20 charge per day for parking was crazy. The parking should’ve been included, but it wasn’t."

"When we first checked in and got to our room, there were dust webs all around the ceiling. So I went to the front desk complained. The owner did come out and cleaned it right. We went out for a few hours and later that night, I found an empty liquor bottle on the nightstand shelf. I went and complained and asked for another room because we felt like the room was unclean. He told me no they didn’t have any more availability. Which the motel seemed like it wasn’t full because there was not a lot...

"Definitely kid friendly hotel. We were there with a large group. The staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were extremely hot - I was told that the system was not turned on yet - nothing staff could do. This seems a bit silly to me - turn on the system if it's needed is a pretty straightfoward thing. 20 minute walk to the falls. $12 uber to the falls. Grocery store and multiple fast food spots close by. Internet was slow - signed into netflix on tv in room and experienced hang ups....
