"It was in a great location to walk everywhere. The area at night was sketchy because of the number of not just homeless, but the number of homeless actively using drugs. Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is small but clean."

"Room was stuffy, air not working well, fridge didn't work, carpet was dirty, toilet flushed so loud, it hurt my ears. Updating badly needed. Had to drag luggage up/down stairs to elevator, not easy for 2 seniors. No bellboys on staff to help. Otherwise, front desk was friendly and helpful, and location ..."
