Convenient location to the airport and only a 30 minute train ride to downtown Seattle within a couple minute walk. Price was good for what we needed and they even held our bags after check out until we could pick them up.

All staff was extremely polite and helpful. Room was adequate as we needed a place to sleep after a very long day of flying before heading to pier early next day. Could use repairs, makeover and upgrades but we slept well.

Enjoyed my stay at Rodeway Inn. Vending machine prices were reasonable. Ice-machine, TV and Air-Cond worked well. SONU was a great host, he helped me understand the SEA area. Short walk to the train, and quick shuttle trip to the Airport. Rodeway Inn is a very good option for anyone making a trip to Lumen Field. Thank You, Sonu. Appreciate your help.

I stay at the Rodeway only because it's cheap and very close to the light rail. I've stayed there at least a dozen times in the past 20 years. It's not changed or improved much in all those years. The towels are ragged, if you get any hand towels it's unusual, the entrances are dirty and inconvenient, there are sketchy characters in the back parking area, the clerk was perfunctory and hard to understand, and the TV was worthless, after we finally found the remote. Good side: it was a short walk from the rail line, the bed was clean and comfortable, and we had a good sleep.

My taxi driver asked, "Are you sure?" when he dropped me off, obviously concerned. But it wasn't intolerable or unsafe. Just visibly unattractive, not well-maintained or updated. Flecks of paper were visible on the floors and hallways. The bed sheets and bathrooms were clean though, but patched and hasty repairs were throughout the room. I dimmed the lights and slept fine with earplugs and was up before the sun to get back to my travels. It is super easy to walk from here to the skybridge and back into the airport, which along with the cheap price, is the best attribute of this old place. Also, the guy at the desk was serious but actually took good care of me, and didn't charge any deposit.

The shower was scary but the water pressure was good. The TV was very old only had a few good channels. There was a spider on our ceiling. But the staff was very nice and parking was always available.

Well...The only thing I can say about my stay is that I was eventually able to sleep. As I entered the room, I quickly scurried to eliminate a medium sized cockroach before it crept it's way into my luggage. I was very tired, so I wrote it off. I sat on the bed, turned on the TV. Alas, no TV. Oh joy! I went to the front desk to complain. To no avail. I gave up until the next day. I returned to the room to wind down and take a shower. TWENTY minutes until the water was acceptable. Niiiiice. The best part of my stay was checking out. Quick and easy. If you reeeally care about checking out...

Affordable and comfy— but not fancy

Say what you want about some of the outdated features and decor— but the bed and pillow was super comfy and the air conditioner worked really well. The staff was friendly and competent and I loved that the mini fridge had an actual freezer compartment.
