We had a terrible experience at this property and checked out next morning instead of staying 3 days. I will try listing everything, but I'm sure I'll miss something: 1) Property mng (or owner) provided door code, but not the unit number (it's a large old multi-store building); when I texted him that we were inside the building, he stated he was on the phone 2) I had to ask for WiFi pass as it is not assumed/listed as "free wifi" 3) The place is poorly maintained: 3.1 in need of a paint job 3.2 stained carpet 3.3 broken curtains (light comes from outside in the morning 3.4 rusted light fixture (bath) 3.5 kitchen area has dirty droplets of something hanging from the ceiling 3.5 bath is worn to the point that it is very slippery; easy to fall 3.6 bath ventilation is super old and very loud 4) I separated this point on purpose. I made reservation at 7 am for the same day. Seattle had a head wave, but the property listed "air conditioning". We checked in at 7 pm. Air conditioning is an old worn unit that produced very loud noise and after 9 hours of such blowing reduced temperature from 75F to 74F. I couldn't sleep There were pros: bed seemed clean and location is good with parking nearby. The building is old and the street is dirty (not dirty as any downtown street, but dirty as "not being cleaned often enough"; the food homeless left on the street was there at night and in the morning.

If there was an option to leave zero stars, they would have zero. This rental is horrible. 1st day, we are ready to go. And they want a picture of my driver's license and a selfie before even giving. New details on how to check in. Of which they do not give you until twenty four hours before your stay. We get there and there is supposed to be a key and a key fob. The key fob is for the laundry room and take to take the trash out of which they say if you don't, you will be charged two hundred and fifty dollars. So no key fob, to get the trash out. We had our one year old granddaughter with us, babysitting, from ohio, to go to a wedding. She threw up the first night and I needed to do laundry. The owner of this property responds, but with zero.Solutions. Just lots of questions and asks you to take pictures of things. Lots of drug activity outside. So very unsafe area. We were there from a thursday until a tuesday. Well we were supposed to be. On saturday, around five forty five, there is a code to get in to the whole building. Our code stopped working.No one could help.There was no number to call the staff in the entire building was gone until monday. So now, thankfully, my husband was in the room with our grandbaby and had to come down. And let me in the preside. We missed the wedding physics. We missed the brunch the next day. Seventeen hours later, he gave us some sort of code that supposedly would have worked.But by then, we had to leave and go get another hotel..

La propiedad en sí es genial, la ubicación no puede ser mejor, pero el acceso al edificio fue un problema las claves asignadas para nosotros nunca funcionaron, aun después nos dieron otra el cual estuvimos utilizando en nuestra estancia, hasta pensé que no podríamos entrar! Y el último día se averió al parecer la pantalla de acceso y no se podia teclear el código para entrar . En fin fue toda una odisea el acceso al edificio, ahora si tendría que regresar regresaría sin problema el departamento tiene todo, no hace falta nada está muy bien pensado en las necesidades del huésped , el espacio es chico pero suficiente para una estancia agradable y sobretodo limpio.
