"The hotel was not bad overall. It was a bit challenging navigating the hotel lobby and construction aspect as well as when the elevator to the parking garage was temporarily down. Fairmont Olympic Hotel
"They had only one person at the reception. For a 5 star hotel that's not acceptable. Even 4 star hotels have multiple people at reception to assist their customers. Also they didn't have a trash can in their lobby, or by the valet parking, I had to carry the trash with me to the airport. Won't come ..."
