"Not terrible, but not super. Staff was so friendly and kind. Room was okay, but not amazing. There was some stains on the wall near the trash, so I'm assuming maybe someone's drink that was thrown in and splashed. Towels were clean. No carpet on the floor and not 100% mopped but mostly clean. Not a terrible experience, but not my favorite "

"Breakfast was fresh, and parking was efficient. I am experiencing an issue with a double charge on my credit card for the room. "

"We stayed here for 2 nights. The property needs some work done on it to be given a better rating. The bed was comfortable and there is ample parking. Hard to believe the included breakfast got good reviews. Sakura Buffet is close by for a good evening meal."

"Staff was horrible. made promises they didn't keep. The ask me if I wanted room service but never showed up. There for 6 days with only 1 service after promising twice they would come and clean. When they did come, it was not cleaned properly. I'll never stay there again. As a Marriott member, this was a bad representative of the brand name."

"fairly new place. good breakfast. The room I was in the toilet wobbles. The one outlet near the front of the room, the USB port is dead. 9/10 very comfortable bed!!!"

"Parking"

"The room was on the 1st floor and had a sliding glass door that opens to a ground level patio with no gate or protection from people walking by. It felt very unsafe. The check in process took very long. The agent said my reservation was for 5/4/26 and that I had already checked in...which was wrong. I showed her the online reservation and finally got a room which was hot and stuffy. I can't say that will stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the property! The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It also had variety of breakfast! The indoor pool made it really fun for the kids."
