"First thing, hot water is glorious, but parents beware - it is hot enough to steep tea or make ramen from the tap. =] Just be mindful w/ children. I have serious food allergies and this is the first hot breakfast I could eat some of w/o fear. They even had almond milk. It may seem trivial, but when awày from home, being able to eat without fear is such a wonderful thing. The staff was wonderful - both night and day staff. They even helped me with my things - I'd recently broken my wrist and couldn't manage on my own. My room was clean and had everything I needed, even a table that slides over your lap at the side chair with foot stool. Microwave and fridge. An actual closet w/ a door and ironing board/iron and several wooden hangers. The bathroom had ample towels, soaps, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and a shower cap. Even a hair dryer. The bed/pillows were comfortable and clean. All in all, I would absolutely stay here again. Simply because of how great the staff was and how diverse the hot breakfast was for those with different dietary needs. I was not there long enough to know about other amenities. I hope this review helps you with your hotel selection."

"I didn't appreciate the rule about not being able to request towels on the second day. I was told upon check in that if I needed extra towels I had to request them on day one. How is a guest supposed to know if they need extra towels? I request them when I need them. Also, the pool was way too small. I also didn't like that the curtain didn't extend across the window. If I can see the cars outside through the sheer curtain, then they can see me especially when the lights are on in the room at night. The street lights illuminated the room making it difficult to sleep. All rooms need full coverage curtains in the window."

"Our floors were filthy, our white socks tuned black from simply walking around to the room ourbfirst night. It took two emails, a text and finally a call to the front desk to get our floors cleaned after two of our five nt stay. Also, the pool was permanently closed and there was no notification of that before our stay."
