"Decor and ambience very good. Location excellent close to shops and cafes. Underground parking extra cost permitted convenient access to rooms and use of large trolley. Not much storage space in rooms but ample for a short stay. Only criticism inferior toilet paper."

I recently stayed at Mantra The Observatory in Port Macquarie and was genuinely impressed. The location is unbeatable—right across from Town Beach and just a short stroll into the town centre, making it incredibly convenient for both relaxing and exploring.
The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a private balcony offering beautiful ocean views. Waking up to the sound of the waves was definitely a highlight. The rooms felt comfortable and modern, with everything you need
The facilities were also a standout—there’s a heated indoor pool, spa, and sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day out. The secure parking and free Wi-Fi added to the overall convenience.
What really makes this place special is the combination of location and atmosphere. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing beach getaway or a base to explore Port Macquarie, it ticks all the boxes.
