"I like the underground parking with lift. This is especially helpful as I am here during the rainy season. The location is good in that it is a short walk to eateries but quiet enough at night."

"Staff member at reception was rude and hostile. Shower head broken and water squirted out of shower and flooded floor, water didn't reach me, impossible to actually have a shower. Room itself was clean and spacious. Bed was good. "

"I chose this hotel for the blue playground listed in the pictures, this playground no longer exists and it’s now a backyard style wooden playground which left a lot to be desired for my child, she still enjoyed it though but we were both sad the pictures hadn’t been updated. The room was clean and adequate. We payed for the buffet breakfast, this was ok, don’t expect anything grand but it filled our bellies, the best part was the automatic pancake machine my daughter loved it. Coffee was empty and not refilled in the time we were there. "

"We had an excellent stay at this resort and were genuinely surprised by the quality of the standard room. Everything we needed was supplied, the space was spotless, comfortable and roomy for our family of 5. We especially appreciated the surplus of towels, including beach and pool towels, and loved having a full-size washer and dryer in the room. The only small issue we noticed was that the bathroom exhaust fans didn’t appear to be working. The family friendly features were fantastic. The playroom with arcade games was such a hit, even the adults couldn’t resist a few rounds of Space Invaders! The pool and spa area were wonderful, and treating ourselves to room service made the stay feel extra relaxing. A special mention also goes to the attached restaurant. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and every meal we had was absolutely delicious. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and can’t wait to return!"

"the property is older but has been well maintained suited our one night need washer and dryer were a bonus. Bed the bed on this trip - only complaint is shower flood the floor no matter how carefull you are onder the rainfall shower a second bath mat would be helpful"

"The room was quite ordinary for the price. Not sure if the room standards vary based on who you book it thru ( in this case Expedia ). After we booked-in we got locked out, the card wouldn't work, had to go to Reception to let us in, not sure what would have happened if the reception desk wasn't manned. The vinyl floor outside the bathroom was swelling due to water damage. Bathroom door handle did not work properly, the bathroom vent wasn't working, had to leave the window open constantly, mould on bathroom floor tiles and shower walls and water damage around bathroom door frame. The whole room looked little sad. For a few more dollars i would have gone elsewhere"
