"We loved the various pools. Loved the proximity to all the surrounding hotels. It's a smoke free hotel, first time ever for us, we loved it. Overall, a great experience... The only negative experience I had was with the plumbing in the bathroom... Toilet was loose, and shower handle was hard to open... I was afraid I was going to break off the handle... Once I got it going, It really wasn't too big of a hassle."

"Areli at the front desk check in was so friendly and helpful. I also must rave Lenora at the front desk as well. Friendly and understanding but also professional. Clean property and rooms, the Mandalay Bay beach is such a great amenity, the gym is fine but no way to wipe off my machine. I didn’t try to Mandalay Bay fitness room though, only the W. Bartenders were friendly also!"
