"Stayed in alot of residence in but by far this was the worst one the room was very old and dirty and they mix water in shampoo hair conditioner and body wash to dilute it like who does that im paying to stay in a well known hotel and my shower products diluted with water"

"The room was just ok, the shower was in the room 4’ away from the Bed??? Thought we were getting a Jacuzzi room….yea that was the shower /Tub in the room…..hmm. Get past that and go find the non-existent Gym….yea the gym went out of service years ago. Yet they still say it’s temporarily out of service. The floors are disgusting. I went into the 1st floor restroom near the closed gym….oh boy that was appalling. There was old piss still in all the toilets. Don’t believe any of the photos."

"The staff was great, the front desk staff were great, unfortunately I don’t remember her name. The morning staff were just as accommodating. The bartender Amber was outstanding, she was very engaging and very friendly. The breakfast server was also very friendly. The hotel was clean and well taken care of. Great job!!! We will be back!!"

"Convenient location for 1 night when connecting flights. Staff was very nice, and beds were comfortable but the carpet in the hallway was pretty filthy and the rooms could use an update. Otherwise it was just fine for our needs."
