There was an inch gap at the bottom of the door and a cockroach showed up on the table. They charged for parking which I was not expecting and first night when I went to put something in my car there were individuals in a truck just smoking away. In general the staff acted like I was an inconvenience to them!"

"Front desk staff were great - super helpful. I just didn’t like that a dirty room service tray from previous guests stayed outside my room as I was checking in / and for hours that afternoon. Reminded me someone had just checked out if room I was in and subconsciously made me worry if it was cleaned properly. Which it was. Was very clean. "
