"When I checked in Thursday night, this hotel was still the Larkspur. The staff was friendly and helpful and there was breakfast on Friday morning. I was informed that Hilton had bought the hotel. I had to check out Friday morning and check back in Friday afternoon. Saturday and Sunday there was no breakfast put out. The shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner were not refilled. There was no extra toilet paper in the bathroom. Sunday morning I was awakened by sledgehammering and pounding carrying loudly through the walls. When I checked out I was told by the front desk staff that Hilton wanted to get started immediately on remodeling the hotel. On a Sunday morning before 8? I have stayed at the Larkspur a handful of times previously and it was a good experience. So far Hilton seems to not care at all about their guests."

"This Hyatt location is very nice and appealing. Our bed and room was clean. The only thing that was non cleaned was our shower. That was a bummer, so I cleaned it myself. It was overall clean, but there was hair on the walls Im guessing from the previous person. Breakfast was delicious and upscale compared to other hotels. They had gluten free muffins Udis brand which was a major plus"

"Another great stay at this hotel. The pool did have some unsupervised children by the pool area eating and doing kid things. I think the staff should supervise the amenities areas for safety. Besides that, the room was clean and everything was pretty good! Thank you!"

"A very easy check in beautiful room and amenities I wish the breakfast was free but besides that dinner was amazing the hot tub sauna in pool it was so amazing drinks were so amazing the bed is so comfortable showers and bathrooms with Immaculate with a nice sound system"

"This property is old and has seen better days. The room was clean and the heat/AC worked. There was a visible gap between the door and door frame so air could enter the room even when closed. The window shade was room-darkening so the room was dark when the shade was down. If the shade was up, it felt like living in a fishbowl. "

"The hot tub was filled in several years ago according to the maintenance man even tho when I asked the supervisor who checked us in said, "it's being renovated". The bathroom was clearly not attended to since the last occupancy. There was blood on 2 of the pillow cases and inside on the pillows which means they cases weren't even changed. Black on the ceiling, black mold?? Outside wall next to sliding door was covered in black from cigarettes being put out. Breakfast options included, bagel with no cream cheese only peanut butter as an option, frozen waffles and bread but, the toaster didn't work. I've only stayed in one place worse than this in 10 years! The staff was kind friendly."

"The breakfast was good there was a nice selection, The air conditioning / heater in the room that I was assigned is definitely seen better days it was super loud and the fan sounded like it was broken. The tub was clearly replaced at some point and they decided not to finish grouting between the tub and the tile. So there's a lot of yucky and dirty stuck in that crack that's about an inch and a half wide. I'm not a big guy and sitting on the toilet one knee was on the bathtubb, other knee was on the wall and arm was against the toilet paper holder. So it's a really tiny bathroom there's about 3 inches between the side of the toilet and the side of the bathtub, The toilet was leaking at the base and there was a weird vent over the door coming in that was falling off the wall. I had to get creative with the curtain because my window faced the inside of the hotel and the lights were on so it was keeping my entire room lit up like I was out in that area. So I was able to pull the curtain over to where the extra lock is and use a rubber band to hold it in place so that the room would be dark enough for me to sleep in. The rest of the room was nice, It had a pull-out couch although I didn't use that as I was traveling alone. The king sized bed was comfortable and clean. I did kill about half a dozen June bugs in the room, but it's that time of the year. Nice TV, refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave The pool looked nice. Room had a indoor patio, not private though"

"The fridge I. Our room 143 was broken and makes a lot of noise. We were already arrived late so I did not complain and went to bed but it’s very disturbing and hard to sleep."
