Don’t judge a book by its cover! The staff was amazing, the gentleman at the front desk was not only hysterical, but accommodating and kind. Rooms were fabulous, super comfortable, and super clean.

Staff was very kind, helpful. However, the room smelled like an ashtray, despite being a non-smoking room. There was old hair in the grout in the bathroom, stains on the towels, and the shower did not drain so water pools when you were taking a shower.

Room had ketchup stains on the floor, the walls and the lamp shades were stained. The tile floor was sticky and the toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Smelled like weed throughout the hotel and had an overall “dirty” smell. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you have children with you. Staff at the front desk were nice and professional.

Every time I travel for business to the Ann Arbor days inn. The service is great! The rooms are always clean, and it very quiet. If you need anything to make your stay more comfortable, ask Isaac and the front desk. He is always friendly and makes sure guests are well taken care of.kalways
