"We enjoyed our stay at Grand Palladium hotel and spa resort. From the check in to the duration of our stay of 5 days to check out. We can’t fault it at all, the all exclusive package was absolutely amazing, food, drinks and ala carts menu. Facilities are fantastic and service was wonderful, special thank to Giovnni A at Change restaurant and Hanain from El Doeado restaurant for making our night and wonderful service. "Great staff, very nice people. The property needs some renovations as the infrastructure, rooms and decoration are dated. The location is perfect, with a private beach (great for the kids) and very close to Cefalu downtown (5 mins by car) where you can enjoy great dinners."

"Sehr schöne Lage im Bergdorf.....allerdings ist eins der 4 oder 5 Zimmer ohne Fenster... dieses haben wir bekommen....das hat uns gestört...und wurde vorher nicht klar kommuniziert. Auch sind wir davon ausgegangen den Pool und die Sauna als Hotelgast benutzen zu dürfen...das ist jedoch kostenpflichtig...und kostet für € 60 -€ 75 pro person für 2 Std. ! Das war bei der Buchung auch nicht klar angezeigt worden."

Most people seem to stay a few nights (we say the same faces repeatedly), so it was odd that our room had nowhere to properly unpack as I would expect for a three night stay."
