"The responsiveness was one thing I would definitely say was good. There were not great instructions on finding the place especially as a tourist but once we found it there was no key in the lockbox so we could not get in. When I reached out about this someone was able to meet us immediately and we got a very quick response. Once in the apartment, it was very hot and the AC is slow working. "What an absolutely fantastic place to stay! Everything about this was just lovely. Amazing location, for starters. Everything you could want is within a four or five minute walk. "This hotel was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, it was a short walking distance (5-10 min) from both the train station we frequently used & the main piazza with shopping and dining areas. I would stay here again for my next trip to Genova. They also provided free bottled water both still and sparkling to us for our entire stay which was very much appreciated in the middle of July. "
