Ett hotell med mycket bra service och läge nära backen. Härlig pool med vacker utsikt mot bergen! Tyvärr fanns ingen möjlighet att köpa dryck vid poolen... Rummet och hotellet över lag kändes lite omodernt och i behov av uppdatering/uppfräschning.

Отличный отель. Только положительные эмоции: отличное обслуживание, очень хорошие завтраки и изысканные ужины, великолепная спа зона с большим количечтвом бань и зон для отдыха. До подъемника ходит бесплатный шатл практичечки от отеля с интервалом не более 10 мин. Номера немного простоваты для откля данного уровня и ценовой категории, но это вторично с учетом всех плюсов. Реально хочется вернуться.

Das Hotel Alpenhof ist wärmstens zu empfehlen! Wellnessbereich und Zimmer sind sehr sauber und großzügig, das Team freundlich und herzlich, das Abendessen und Frühstücksbüffet hervorragend! Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen hör! Die Hotelbar ist stilvoll und sehr gemütlich. Insgesamt ist das Hotel ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und eignet sich sowohl für Familien als auch für eine romantische Zeit als Paar wunderbar!

Great Hotel in the Austrian Alps (meals *****)

I visited Hotel Alpenhof with my husband and two sons (young adults) for a five day summer break at short notice. Set in a beautiful location, we had a wonderful stay there and I would highly recommend this quality hotel to young couples, families and friends of all ages. I was impressed that four footed friends are permitted in their owner's hotel room but not in the eating or relaxation areas (not that we had one ourselves). Owned and managed by family Dengg, Hotel Alpenhof is run efficiently and immaculately with a personal touch. Staff in every area are friendly, polite and helpful. Being full board, we found the value for money fantastic and the food varied and exquisite. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the beds comfortable (the soft pillows were bliss). I often relaxed on the balcony to admire the Alpine scenery and beautiful flower boxes. Each room comes equipped with a SPA basket, rucksack,and umbrella for use during your stay. For those venturing on a hike, walking sticks may be borrowed from reception. My highlight of the stay was the Hotel's family hiking tour to the Schrofenalm with Mrs Dengg. After a short cable car ride, breathtaking views, and a relatively easy hike across the Alpine moorland, we enjoyed a tasty lunch at the Schrofenalm cabin, constituted of local delicacies. Hotel Alpenhof's activity programme and facilities take some beating! My only regret - that we did not have more time to do more hik

Absolutely wonderful hotel and staff

Just got back from a short (too short!) ski break at this wonderful hotel. The food was fantastic as was the service from the staff, the majority of whom spoke really good English. Our room was spotless and the free ski bus to the lift ran regularly. Spa area and outdoor whirlpool was fantastic - just be aware that the saunas etc are clothing optional!

Preis-Leistung Frechheit!!!

Das gebuchte und bestätigte Zimmer war nicht verfügbar. Statt der Suite würden wir zu zweit in einem Einzelzimmer untergebracht. Trotz des deutlich niedrigeren Komfort, war der Preis marginal niedriger. Das Preis-Leistungsniveau war unangemessen. Für den Preis hätten wir das Zimmer nicht gebucht und auf die Reise verzichtet. Leider wurden wir erst vor Ort mit dem Fehler konfrontiert.

Great Place, Friendly Staff

The room was ready so they checked me in early after a long travel day, much appreciated. The room was large, very clean, separate shower and bathtub, furniture appeared to be new but had classic charm. Staff speaks English and is very helpful. Great pool and spa facilities.
